Side Hustle Fair: Co-founded by Jahi Heath '25
Jahi Heath '25 co-founded the Side Hustle Fair with Dina Azar '25, where Lafayette students have a chance to showcase their businesses. Heath is a part of DC Posse 16 and is a Dyer Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship fellow. He owns his own clothing brand named Black Rose Haven.

Immersion in African culture: Eline Pellicano '24
Eline Pellicano '24, a Posse scholar of Posse NY 19, studied abroad during the winter interim to Senegal. As a recipient of the Bergh Family Fellows program, she immersed herself in the culture by learning Wolof, the native language of Senegal, traveling to historic sites, and participated in discussions with Senegalese people all over.

Chasing Her Dreams: Heavenly Anderson '24
Heavenly Anderson '24 is a Posse scholar of the D.C. Posse 15 cohort. She was also awarded the David and Washington McDonogh Scholarship. Throughout her time at Lafayette, Anderson joined the Lafayette Outdoors Society (LOSt), served on the executive board of Stress Less and NIA: Women of Purpose, served as a tour guide in Admissions, and more!

Connection and Community: Bri Braswell '16
Bri Braswell '16 is a Posse Scholar of the D.C. Posse 7 cohort. She currently works in Lafayette College Admissions office as the Associate Director of Admissions and as a Zumba instructor for Lafayette's Recreation Services. She's also certified to teach BARRE classes. In education, fitness, and Posse, Braswell has found the strength of community.

Fellowship in International Affairs: Natalie Beckford '24
Natalie Beckford '24 is a Posse Scholar of the D.C. Posse 19 cohort and was awarded the USAID Donald M. Payne International Development Fellowship, a competitive fellowship. Beckford is focused on attending graduate school at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and focusing on the human aspect of international relations.

Representation in the Workspace: Bakari Boone '15
Bakari Boone '15 is a D.C. Posse Scholar of the D.C. Posse 6 cohort. Boone believed he would work in a nonprofit after college but that changed as he got opportunities to work in HR. Today, Boone works with bringing representation within the workforce through DEI initiatives.
